The survey was conducted with students of the 6th year of the State School Marshal Artur da Costa e Silva and State School Dom Pedro I, in the city of Porto Nacional, Tocantins, in agreement with the direction of both schools . The interviews were conducted between January and February this year . Students from both schools had the opportunity to meet relevant classes ciências.As objective questions were analyzed and plotted on the table and the discursive were cited over the results and discussions and open-ended questions. In order to analyze a greater number of issues, eighty (80 ) questionnaires were applied to both schools , classes in the morning and afternoon. Since the objective questions included questions on the survey of prior knowledge and student participation in science class , the discursive treated - is about the same opinion with respect to those classes . Este trabalho buscou analisar o ensino de ciências, tendo como base a opinião do aluno a respeito do modo como vem sendo ministradas as aulas. A pesquisa foi realizada com os alunos do 6º ano da Escola Estadual Marechal Artur da Costa e Silva e Escola Estadual Dom Pedro I, no município de Porto Nacional, Tocantins, com a concordância da direção de ambas as escolas. As entrevistas foram realizadas entre os meses de janeiro e fevereiro do corrente ano. Os alunos de ambas as escolas tiveram a oportunidade de responder questões objetivas e discursivas pertinentes as aulas de ciências. As questões objetivas foram analisadas e plotadas em tabela e as discursivas foram citadas no decorrer dos resultados e discussões. Com o objetivo de analisar um maior número de questões, foram aplicados 80 (oitenta) questionários em ambas as escolas, em turmas no período matutino e vespertino.
