Resumo:
Here we present a conclusive technical report that shows the results of a research concerning to the physical space on the Palmas Campus at the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT) in the level of satisfaction of the servers, especially those with reduced mobility in the exercise of their rights to physical-spatial accessibility. A multi-methods and a mixed methods approaches were used, applying the procedures of the Post-Occupation Evaluation (POE). The sample consisted of 231 servers who answered form questions, interviews and walkthrough analysis, however this last one was not completed due to Covid-19. The results pointed out that the public servers presents a great dissatisfaction with indicators of information and location, safety in the buildings, social inclusion and integration, quality of the physical space, use and accessibility to restrooms and elevators and lack of knowledge about the activities related to the Accessibility Sector, conditions that impact on autonomy, comfort and safety in access and quality of life at work. This report indicates actions for the management on the Palmas Campus, through the summary table of recommendations based on the NBR 9050/2020 and presents training course as a strategy to sensitize and empower the community of the UFT Palmas campus with the goal of increasing the satisfaction of those servers with disabilities and reduced mobility in the exercise of their rights to physical-spatial accessibility.
