The present work of completion of course, presents a reflection on the attendance educational of hospitalization performed, in the service center educational-CASE in Palmas-to. It was intended to analyze the documents that regulate the educational attendance of the CASE to reflect on the direction of attendance in this institutional context. The research of qualitative character, used as instruments the bibliographical survey, together with reference works in the area and documentary, the latter carried out with the information contained in: Pedagogical political project and of the Internal Regiment that guide The service is performed by the edu- cational de Palmas-to service centre. When it comes to the empirical data we use the field research, and the realization of the compulsory supervised internship II, III and IV for training in Social services. The results and discussions refer that the documents analyzed present some gaps that limit the full effect of the resocializing proposal. It was also possible to consider that the mechanisms of power exerted by the institutions that deprive the individual of their "free- dom" are totally biased and selective, electing those passive interdiction, which are mostly: poor and black. In the face of the picture, it is noted that the non-effect of public policy draws from adolescents who are complying with youth measure, the chance to build a path towards citizenship in institutional intramuros. |
