This research seeks to investigate the Pedagogical Political Projects (PPP's) of two state
schools in the city of Tocantinópolis-TO and their relationship with socioeconomic factors
that contribute to inequality within the school environment. For this, the research will
interpret the direct and indirect relations of PPP’s worked with the selective character of the
two institutions; to raise socioeconomic aspects of the selected ninth grade publics from the
two schools; and to analyze the relationship between the two PPP's, the data obtained through
the QEdu questionnaires from the ninth years of 2019 of the two schools and the
socioeconomic aspects identified. This was made possible through bibliographical research,
as well as the PPP's of the referred schools and the economic factors of the ninth grade public,
possible thanks to the data extracted from the QEdu questionnaires. With the undertaken, it is
evident that the clientele of the two schools does not present a great difference in the
socioeconomic dimension if we compare the school in the center with the one located in
another sector. Thus, we realize that the selective character of the school institution, so
discussed by the specialized bibliography, appears even in schools with relatively
homogeneous clientele, as this alone explains the school's role as a social reproducer in an
underdeveloped country like Brazil. |
