As a tool for data collection, a self-completed questionnaire was used, having as field for data collection the bus station of the city of Araguaína. The study proposed to present, interpret and discuss the relationships between the research variables, as well as to test the hypotheses regarding the conceptual model, proposed through a cross-sectional research with quantitative approach, the collected data were analyzed by parametric statistical applications and techniques. ; descriptive statistics calculations; mean, standard deviation and correlations; multivariate statistical calculations; Multiple linear regression analysis by methods (enter using SPSS software. Version 22.0). The results showed that the level of customer satisfaction of users, having as perception of fair price and quality of service the variables most influence for satisfaction. O presente artigo trata-se da satisfação dos usuários de transporte alternativo que utilizam no percurso das cidades de Araguaína/Palmas. A pesquisa teve como objetivo identificar o nível de satisfação dos usuários de transporte alternativo. Como instrumento para coleta de dados foi utilizado um questionário de autopreenchimento com usuários na rodoviária da cidade de Araguaína. O estudo propôs apresentar, interpretar e discutir as relações entre as variáveis da pesquisa, como também testar as hipóteses referente ao modelo conceitual, proposto por meio de uma pesquisa de natureza transversal com abordagem quantitativa, os dados coletados foram analisados por aplicações e técnicas estatísticas paramétricas; cálculos de estatística descritiva; media, desvio padrão e correlações; cálculos estatísticas multivariadas; análise de regressão linear múltipla pelos métodos (enter por meio do softwares SPSS. Versão 22.0).
