Resumo:
Longevity is a reality, lifelong learning is a consequence, the University of Maturity is a reality of a lifelong learning education, so the work intends to present a Proposal for Education and Learning throughout life related to aging and human aging. Based on the deconstruction of the term old, in the sense of acceptance of the old in society, which advocates the person who is in the aging process, becoming old, understanding the importance of recognizing oneself as old, being a natural process of life. The investigation will use bibliographic and documentary research as a methodological procedure, using Netnography, with a qualitative approach in the form of case studies, the research instruments are publications made on the UMA website, on its Facebook, and the reports and documentaries about UMA made available on Youtube. In the bibliographical research, the dissertations on the UMA project and the articles published, for document analysis, will be 10 lectures from 2020 to 2021 of the Gerontological Education discipline, files such as the PPP - UMA's Political Pedagogical Project and project files. So having it as a general objective; Check if the lifelong learning proposal made available at UMA is presented as a significant method in the learning of old people. The specific goals are; Analyze the contents related to research and publications that address UMA; Reflect the relationship of the old in the contemporary world according to the perspective on the proposal throughout life; Check the pedagogical proposal and its contributions to seniors enrolled at UMA. he findings of this study presents a lifelong learning of social, educational transformation for project participants. UMA's pedagogical proposal develops a proposal that contemplates different generations in the same space, thus showing significant learning through orality, experience reports, diverse knowledge on various current and historical topics. UMA today is a space for the dissemination of Human development with a social technology with the purpose of promoting the social inclusion of the elderly in the state of Tocantins, in which it contributes to the implementation of Public Policies for the education of the elderly.
