This report contains the description of the internship site, the casuistry, and follow-up of the activities developed during the routine of the veterinarian. Initially, the internship took place during the performance of activities inherent to the medical clinic for large animals and occurred due to the routine of the veterinarian when performing care in the surrounding properties, and later some cases ended up needing more attention and surgical interventions performed in the field. Throughout the internship, animals were followed for implementation of IATF protocol, followed by cyclicity evaluations and gynecological evaluation in females for initiation. This report also contains a case report of clinical mastitis in a female bovine, in which the patient was treated and submitted to drug therapy. As atividades constitutivas do estágio curricular obrigatório supervisionado em Medicina Veterinária foram desenvolvidas no Município de Brejo Grande do Araguaia-PA, nas áreas de Reprodução Animal, Clínica Médica e Cirúrgica Veterinária, no período de 19 de janeiro a 01 de abril do ano de 2021 perfazendo um total de 416 horas, sob a supervisão do Médico Veterinário Rodrigo Rodrigues Assis e orientação da Prof.ª Dr.ª Katyane de Sousa Almeida. Neste relatório contém a descrição do local de estágio, da casuística, e acompanhamento das atividades desenvolvidas durante a rotina do médico veterinário. Inicialmente o estágio se deu durante realização das atividades inerentes à clínica médica de grandes animais e aconteciam em função da rotina do veterinário ao realizar atendimento nas propriedades circunvizinhas, e posteriormente alguns casos acabaram necessitando de maior atenção e realização de intervenções cirúrgicas realizadas a campo. Ao longo do estágio foram acompanhados animais para implantação de protocolo de IATF, seguido ainda de avaliações de ciclicidade e avaliação ginecológica em fêmeas para iniciação.
