This study aims to analyze the pedagogical experiences that occurred remotely in the
extension project entitled "Childhood, Movement and Health - INMOVES", in a public,
rural, early grade and multigrade school in the city of Tocantinópolis - TO. This
project, located in the Physical Education Licentiate course at the Federal University
of Tocantins, Campus Tocantinópolis, had as its main scope the promotion of actions
through movement, mediating the dialogue between education and health in the child
universe. Regarding the organization of the project, the activities were redefined as a
result of the COVID 19 pandemic. Such activities were proposed between the
months of August and December 2020 by the project team, through 6 (six) blocks of
printed materials and audiovisual, available every two weeks to a universe of 54
children, between 4 and 10 years old. Furthermore, the present work consists of an
experience report, descriptive in nature, with a qualitative approach, with theoretical-
methodological support based on the sociology of childhood. The analysis of the
empirical records is divided into two stages: the first corresponds to the
systematization of the project's remote experiences; the second deals with feedback
from children, teachers and school administrators, in relation to the materials
presented and the impacts of the project on daily school life. We could infer, from the
analysis of field records, that the experiences carried out proved to be effective, since
the project managed to promote bodily experiences of varied repertoire in the context
of the pandemic, expanding qualitative guidelines for reflection on health in children's
spaces and providing of support to school teachers in relation to contents concerning
the field of Physical Education. |
