The study in question aims to understand how Early Childhood teachers from a Preschool in
the Municipal network of Tocantinópolis - TO perceive their childhood playing experiences
represented in adult life experiences, more specifically in the teaching routine. Thus, field
work was carried out, at an exploratory level and qualitative analysis. The production of
information in the field took place through semi-structured interviews with seven preschool
teachers. Questions about playing in the childhood of the research participants, their
experiences with such manifestations and implications for teaching, as well as the place of
playfulness, in their perception, in the routine of teaching work in Early Childhood Education,
were included in the interview script. It was identified, in general terms, that the teachers
presented a vast repertoire of games that made up their respective childhoods and showed that
playing, to a large extent, makes up the ways of working with children. |
