The Course Completion Work (TCC) entitled “Public deficit discourse and social security counter-reform” had the general objective of analyzing the role of the public deficit discourse constructed by the bourgeoisie and its ideological devices to promote the counter-reforms of Brazilian social security. What is at the heart of the class dispute is the public fund that has been increasingly captured by the bourgeoisie to finance the expanded accumulation of capital. The research has a qualitative approach, using the bibliographic research that supported the elements for the analysis. It was based on the Marxist theoretical perspective from the study of authors on the themes of the public fund, social security and social security. We conclude that the public deficit discourse is a set of ideas that support the privatization processes of social security towards its destruction. |
