This work analyzes the comic strip genre, published in the Jornal do Tocantins, with the
objective of building a pedagogical proposal for the teaching of Portuguese language for
elementary school classes. The proposal is of a bibliographic nature and was based on
theoretical studies Bakhtin (1997) and Mascuschi (2011) on discourse genres, while social
practices of language study. The approach is also supported by Will Eisner's (1989) notes on
the constitutional form of comics. For the development of this research, 52 comic strips were
selected for the period of thirty days of circulation, composing the empirical material a being
used for analysis and the pedagogical proposal of teaching Portuguese language, and this, in
turn, follows the fundamentals of the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC),
considering the axes of reading, orality, textual production and linguistic / semiotic analysis. |
