Companies seek to be competitive through their processes. Changes occur constantly in the market and so that there is no loss, they seek to accompany them and adapt as quickly as possible. Storage is done through processes such as receiving the goods, checking, unloading, storing, organizing, palletizing, preserving and leaving. Efficiency is necessary so that the storage of beverages is done competently, as the space between one pallet and another that must have a safe distance for the movement of handling equipment, the physical arrangement scheme (layout), must be well planned so that the movement is precise, safe and guarantees maximum use of space. The storage system of the analyzed company consists of stacked and palletized structures. The general objective of the survey is to monitor inventory management and, if there is a need for improvements in the beverage storage process, indicate to the manager the best way to apply the solution in your inventory. No stock improvement solution was found. The data collection technique was the interview with the manager responsible for the stock. For an efficient stock, according to the interview with the stock manager, investments in item control software, professional training and administrative principles such as planning, organization and control are necessary.
