Efficiency is necessary so that the storage of beverages is done competently, as the space between one pallet and another that must have a safe distance for the movement of handling equipment, the physical arrangement scheme (layout), must be well planned so that the movement is precise, safe and guarantees maximum use of space. The storage system of the analyzed company consists of stacked and palletized structures. The general objective of the survey is to monitor inventory management and, if there is a need for improvements in the beverage storage process, indicate to the manager the best way to apply the solution in your inventory. No stock improvement solution was found. The data collection technique was the interview with the manager responsible for the stock. For an efficient stock, according to the interview with the stock manager, investments in item control software, professional training and administrative principles such as planning, organization and control are necessary. As empresas buscam ser competitivas através de seus processos. As mudanças ocorrem constantemente no mercado e para que não haja prejuízos buscam acompanha-las e se adaptar o mais rápido possível. A armazenagem se faz através de processos, tais como recebimento da mercadoria, conferencia, descarga, estocagem, organização, paletização, conservação e saída. É necessário eficiência para que a armazenagem das bebidas seja feita de forma competente, como o espaço entre um palete e outro que deve ter uma distância segura para a movimentação dos equipamentos de movimentação, o esquema de arranjo físico (layout), deve ser bem planejado para que a movimentação seja precisa, segura e garanta a utilização máxima do espaço. O sistema de armazenagem da empresa analisada são estruturas empilhadas e paletizadas. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é acompanhar o gerenciamento do estoque e se houver necessidade de melhorias no processo de armazenagem das bebidas, indicar ao gestor a melhor forma para aplicar a solução em seu estoque. Não foi encontrado nenhuma solução de melhoria no estoque. A técnica de coleta de dados foi a entrevista com o gestor responsável pelo estoque.
