In today's world, people and organizations are increasingly looking for ways to perform their
functions in a more flexible way, with greater versatility and, therefore, greater Quality of Life
at Work (QWL). In this sense, it is asked: which QWL criteria contribute to increase employee
productivity? The research aims to analyze the quality of work life as a factor to achieve
employee productivity. The type of study carried out is a bibliographic review, the analysis and
discussion of the data collected is in a qualitative way, widely used in the area of social sciences.
The results found show that the feeling of belonging to the company, task meaning, feedback,
good supervisory supervision and relationships with other work partners generate QWL and
abandonment costs, in addition to personal relationships, family environment, leisure time ,
balance of social life, and other external factors added to a good organizational environment,
result in satisfaction, generating motivation for the performance of delegated tasks and
increased productivity in the exercise of functions in the company. |
