The pandemic caused by the new Coronavirus or COVID-19, in mid-2020, created impacts in
different areas of society, including companies and organizations. It was in this context that the
eyes of society in general turned to a safe way of working, the Home-Office. Thus, this work
aims to analyze which elements influence the Quality of Life in Home-Office Work for students
at the Federal University of Tocantins. The research method used was exploratory with
qualitative analysis, in addition, a questionnaire of 11 semi-structured questions was applied
via Google Forms platform with 23 students from the Logistics Course at UFT. The results
found in the survey reveal that there is a feeling of discontent among students because many
are not yet adapted to the new reality, often there was not the necessary support and investment
in human capital (training, qualifications) and that this new type of work still it does not have
the necessary inspection to avoid health problems such as Tecno-stress.
