CNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ADMINISTRACAO This article aimed to analyze the disposal of lubricating oils in a company in the city of Araguaína and as specific objectives to identify the transport channels for collection in the city of Araguaína, compare the actors involved in the shared responsibility in the life cycle of the used lubricating oil as it is in art. 3 item XVII of Law No. 12.305/2010. This is a Case Study. It presents a qualitative approach and, as a way of collecting data, it was done through a semi-structured interview applied to the manager of the company in the field of lubricating oil trade. for the theoretical framework, the main references of reverse logistics were brought as support. It is justified by the importance of reverse logistics of lubricating oil, especially for recycling and thus introducing this new raw material into the production chain. Thus, it can be seen that companies use reverse logistics to account for the volume of products used in their daily routines so that they can be disposed of efficiently, that is, forwarding them to the deposit area until they are collected by the purchasing company and taken to the recycling industries in another unit of the federation Este artigo teve como objetivo analisar o descarte de óleos lubrificantes em uma empresa da cidade de Araguaína e como objetivos específicos identificar os canais de transporte coleta da cidade de Araguaína, comparar os atores envolvidos na responsabilidade compartilhada no ciclo de vida do óleo lubrificante usados conforme está no art. 3 inciso XVII da Lei Nº 12.305/2010. Trata-se de um Estudo de Caso. Apresenta abordagem qualitativa e como forma de coleta de dados se deu por meio de entrevista semiestruturada aplicada ao gestor da empresa do ramo do comércio de óleos lubrificantes. para o referencial teórico, foram trazidos como suporte as principais referências da logística reversa. Justifica-se pela importância da logística reversa de óleo lubrificantes em especial para reciclagem e assim introduzindo essa nova matéria prima na cadeia produtiva.
