Resumo:
The objective of this work is to analyze the complementary Health Plan of the servers of the Regional Electoral Court of Tocantins, called TRESAÚDE-TO, responsible for the medical and dental services available to its servers. That said, the effectiveness of this self-management model in federal public agencies. In this research, qualitative and quantitative techniques were used, since there are explanatory and descriptive objectives, with preponderance of a systematic interpretation of the new models of health care, within the scope of public bodies, specifically those that integrate the Electoral Justice. After verifying and analyzing the data, it was possible to identify as the main results the level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries, whose sample consisted of 74 individuals, response from the beneficiaries, being 43 males (58.5%) and 31 females (41 .5%), with a minimum age of 21 years and over 61 years. The survey results demonstrated the satisfaction of the beneficiaries, who also made important suggestions such as transparency in budgetary matters, improvement in the availability of consultations, exams and procedures; as well as information and discussions with beneficiaries on management. It is concluded that there is a high level of user satisfaction. The TRESAÚDE TO self-management model can be considered as efficient and effective for a complementary health plan, which is still established as a pioneer in Brazil, since it is a model used only by two Regional Electoral Courts in the country.
