In the Brazilian Amazon and in the county region from Conceição do Araguaia – Pará, the process of land use and occupation has great influence of agribusiness practices, that over the past thirty-five years grew significantly.The purpose of this thesis was to understand how it was the land order of the 38 rural settlements (2,256 km²) and analyze the temporal dynamics of land use and occupation in the municipality of Conceição do Araguaia-PA, in the period from 1985 to 2020. The methodology of the approach is quantity and qualitative, with the use of bibliographical research and documentary, in addition to interviews semistructured, analyzed with the technique of Content Analysis (Enunciation), being carried out with public agents from INCRA, of ATERs, Union of Rural Workers and with their own family settlers who have experienced the struggles, achievements and challenges over the years in rural settlements investigated for a better understanding how it was the land order of this municipality. To analyze the evolution of deforestation in the municipality and in your Settlement Projects (PAs) survey was carried out of data by the Mapbiomas platform, that uses techniques of remote sensing to produce maps and tables with the portrait of land use and occupation through digital processing of satellite images that traces the forest loss in the time frame of 35 years. As results we have: the process of implementation of rural settlements of the municipality investigated came from spontaneous occupations, not being respected the environmental laws by most of the beneficiaries of rural properties and mainly due to omission by INCRA, because the state was absent in the respective rural settlements after their adjustments. In evolution land use and occupation in the evaluated time (1985 to 2020), the results showed that in comparisons in percentage proportion the loss of native vegetation, within PA areas it was considerably larger over the 35 years with 56%, than in relation to forest reductions from areas outside the PAs with 43%, from the entire municipality evaluated, being pointed out the activities agropastoral as the main cause of this forest loss. Com as necessidades humanas de consumo o meio ambiente sofre alterações ao longo dos anos, podendo ser refletidas e caracterizadas nas formas de uso e ocupação do solo. Nesse sentido, as ações antrópicas no meio ambiente são discutidas como problemas socioambientais. Na Amazônia Brasileira e na região do município de Conceição do Araguaia – Pará, o processo de uso e ocupação do solo tem grande influência de práticas do agronegócio, que ao longo dos últimos trinta e cinco anos cresceu significativamente. O objetivo desta tese foi entender como foi o ordenamento fundiário dos 38 assentamentos rurais (2.256 km²) e analisar a dinâmica temporal do uso e ocupação do solo no município de Conceição do Araguaia-PA, no período de 1985 a 2020. A metodologia da abordagem é quanti e qualitativa, com o uso da pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, além de entrevistas semiestruturadas, analisadas com a técnica da Análise de Conteúdo (Enunciação), sendo realizadas com agentes públicos do INCRA, de ATERs, Sindicato de Trabalhadores Rurais e com os próprios assentados familiares que vivenciaram as lutas, conquistas e desafios ao longo dos anos nos assentamentos rurais investigados para uma melhor compreensão de como foi o ordenamento fundiário deste município. Para analisar a evolução do desmatamento no município e nos seus Projetos de Assentamentos (PAs) foi realizado o levantamento de dados pela plataforma Mapbiomas, que utiliza técnicas de Sensoriamento remoto para produzir mapas e tabelas com o retrato do uso e ocupação do solo através do processamento digital de imagens dos satélites que traça a perda florestal no recorte de tempo de 35 anos. Como resultados temos: o processo de implementação dos assentamentos rurais do município investigado foram a partir de ocupações espontâneas, não sendo respeitada as legislações ambientais por grande parte dos beneficiários de imóveis rurais e principalmente por omissão do INCRA, pois o Estado estava ausente nos respectivos assentamentos rurais após suas regularizações. Na evolução do uso e ocupação do solo no tempo avaliado (1985 a 2020), os resultados mostraram que nas comparações em proporção percentual a perda da vegetação nativa, dentro das áreas de PAs foi consideravelmente maior ao longo dos 35 anos com 56%, do que em relação às reduções florestais das áreas de fora dos PAs com 43%, a partir de todo o município avaliado, sendo apontada as atividades agropastoris como a principal causa dessa perda florestal. 2023-02-13T17:35:16Z 2023-02-13T17:35:16Z 2022-10-27 Tese ARRAZ, Rafael Miranda.
