CNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS The process of producing this article sought to make a potential analysis of the organization of the Association of the Dona Juscelina Quilombola Community for its social organization, as factors for the development of the community with the objective of investigating the representations of cultural ties, and also to identify the vision of the organizers and masters of the cultural manifestations of the feast, in relation to quilombola identity. The methodology used to construct this work was bibliographic research, with a small electronic part, and field research, where semi-structured interviews were carried out to reach the research objectives. As a result it was possible to verify that the Quilombola Community Dona Juscelina, through the community association, has been developing community work and establishing its own forms of social organization in the struggle for the rights to land and territory, which concerns not only the ownership of land, but all the elements that are part of their uses, customs and traditions, and may establish departments that contribute to the access to various benefits, necessary for the care of the quilombola families of the Dona Juscelina Quilombola Community. O processo de produção deste artigo, buscou fazer uma análise potencial da organização da Associação da Comunidade Quilombola Dona Juscelina para sua organização social, como fatores para o desenvolvimento da comunidade tendo como objetivo investigar as representações dos laços culturais, e ainda identificar a visão dos organizadores e mestres das manifestações culturais do festejo, em relação a identidade quilombola. Como metodologia para construção desse trabalho utilizou-se pesquisas bibliográficas, sendo uma pequena parte eletrônica e a pesquisa de campo, onde foi-se realizada entrevista semiestruturada para atingir os objetivos da pesquisa. Como resultado foi possível constatar que a Comunidade Quilombola Dona Juscelina, através da associação da comunidade vem desenvolvendo trabalhos comunitários e estabelece formas próprias de organização social em lutas pelos direitos a terra e ao território o qual diz respeito não somente à propriedade da terra, mas a todos os elementos que fazem parte de seus usos, costumes e tradições, e podendo instituir departamentos que contribuam para o acesso a benefícios diversos, necessários ao atendimento das famílias quilombolas da Comunidade Quilombola Dona Juscelina. 2023-03-09T21:58:20Z 2023-03-09T21:58:20Z 2023-03-09 Artigo SANTOS,Mayana Fernandes dos.
