The work entitled "Geometry Teaching in Perspective Parameters Curriculum
National (PCN's) of Mathematics" is a work of bibliographical and through field
research at a state school in the city of Araguaína, which aims to: check the school
Geometry in school with the main reference the PCN's also aiming to analyze the
teacher's contribution in the teaching and learning of geometry, and analyze student
learning about geometry content. In addition to analyzing the arguments of the
teacher and their practice in the classroom, and check students' understanding of
geometry taught in the classroom. The referent study was conducted primarily
through the theoretical framework of the study that supports the work. So we
conducted the survey from school observations, teacher and Geometry classes,
which allowed better understand the applicability of geometry in the classroom. After
the study realized that the geometry is also discussed superficially in school,
including the school researched, so there is a need for a restructuring of schools,
teacher training and review of the methodologies used in the classroom, also noted
that students do not understand the geometry in its real sense requiring that there be
projects which aim to stimulate students and favored the same building the
knowledge of geometry, thus employees in the process of teaching and learning. |
