Resumo:
This study aims to analyze how the new digital information and communication tools are entering in the didactic-pedagogic project of the discipline of History in two schools in the city of Williams Lake, in the State of Tocantins. Consequently, we analyse, briefly, the process of implementation of the programme of the National program of PROINFO educational technology – in the State of Tocantins. The program is geared to the training of public and private school teachers, in addition to providing computer labs and distribution of digital and multimedia equipment in the public schools of Brazil, from which we seek to check the development of the project and its implementation in schools of the State of Tocantins. Finally, we tried to find out, after directed questionnaire analysis and interviews with teachers of the public network, such as moving the dynamics of teaching of the discipline of History in the light of the new relationships made possible by cyberspace to-Internet users-students, and, in this sense, to "update" the teaching of History for these new times and new subjects.
