CNPQ::CIENCIAS EXATAS E DA TERRA This research had as object of study inventorying the contributions of Institutional Scholarship Program Introduction to Teaching - PIBID, particularly Subproject PIBID the Degree in Mathematics, campus Araguaína the Federal University of Tocantins - UFT, (Brazil). In specific terms, fostering the initial training of mathematics teachers was expressed with the following question: What are the contributions the Subproject PIBID mathematics promotes the initial training of teachers? The basic methodological research tool was given from interviews with nineteen fellows of the Sub-project, supported by a semi-structured script. From the testimonies of the interviews the categories of analysis and discussion of data were established. As a result of the investigation, it is emphasized that the subproject has contributed in a positive manner as regards the approach to school reality; professional growth, personal and intellectual; theoretical reflections of scholars around the trends in mathematics education; combating evasion in mathematics course; supervisors act as teachers coformadores of fellows; development of teamwork; reflections between the stages of the course and the Subproject math PIBID. Essa investigação teve como objeto de estudo inventariar as contribuições do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência – PIBID, particularmente do Subprojeto PIBID do Curso de Licenciatura em Matemática, Câmpus de Araguaína da Universidade Federal do Tocantins – UFT. Em termos pontuais, o fomento à formação inicial de professores de matemática foi expresso com a seguinte indagação: Quais as contribuições o Subprojeto PIBID de Matemática fomenta na formação inicial de professores? O instrumento metodológico básico de investigação se deu a partir da realização de entrevistas com dezenove bolsistas do Subprojeto, tendo como suporte, um roteiro semiestruturado. A partir dos depoimentos das entrevistas foram estabelecidas as categorias de análises e discussão dos dados obtidos. Como resultado da investigação, destaca-se que o subprojeto tem contribuído de uma maneira positiva no que diz respeito a aproximação com a realidade escolar; crescimento profissional, pessoal e intelectual; reflexões teóricas dos bolsistas em torno das tendências da Educação Matemática; combate à evasão no curso de matemática; os professores supervisores atuam como coformadores dos bolsistas; desenvolvimento de trabalhos em equipe; reflexões entre os estágios do Curso e o Subprojeto PIBID de matemática. 2023-03-16T00:28:18Z 2023-03-16T00:28:18Z 2023-01-15 Monografia ALVES, Melquisedeque dos Anjos.
