The present work brings a brief discussion about the strategic planning in the
cooperatives, an association of people with common interests, economically
organized in a democratic way. We aim to analyze and identify the contributions of
strategic planning in a cooperative, highlighting some important theoretical aspects,
above all, taking as a parameter conceptual aspects of culture and the organizational
climate. Thus, this work of a theoretical nature sought through a bibliographic search
to demonstrate how the participation of associates and teamwork become important
mechanisms for their proficuity, above all, based on the analyzes made by Souza
and Cotrim (2014), Andrade; Alves (2013) and Souza (2008). |
