The present study dealt with the implementation of Participative Strategic Planning from the point
of view of the managerial management model in the Public Administration, in the City Hall of
Parintins - AM. The general objective was to identify the benefits of the use of Participative
Strategic Planning as a management model based on the perception of the employees of the City
Council of Parintins - AM. The specific objectives were to analyze the benefits of using
Participative Strategic Planning as a management model from the perspective of the managerial
model in Public Administration at Parintins-AM City Hall; to understand how Participative
Strategic Planning brings benefits to the Public Administration and how it can be useful for a good
management and to exemplify how the Participatory Strategic Planning model can be implemented
from the perspective of the managerial practices of the management model of the Public
Administration in the Parintins Municipal Council - AM. As for the approach of the problem was a
quantitative and qualitative research; objectives was an exploratory-descriptive research; the means
of investigation was a bibliographical and field research. In the results achieved, there was the
incidence of a high degree of agreement to implement this tool that brings so many benefits to the
private sector and that has gradually been applied to the public sector so that management practices
are increasingly developed efficiently and bring not only benefit for the management, but for the
citizens / clients that use the services provided by the Public Administration. |
