The use of the work was verified if the cooperative Xambiart offers quality of life to the
cooperative members through the cooperative work, having as general objective, to verify the
life history of the cooperatives, or the female empowerment in focus, followed by the defined
objectives, analyzes what the benefits are. That a cooperative provides a guarantee of quality
of life and understands how they feel how women are part of the cooperative, to see what are
the factors that motivate them to be part of the cooperative model. The methodology that
characterizes a research is the case study, through primary and secondary sources in evidence.
Data were analyzed through interviews with Xambiart cooperatives, where it was conducted or
studied and informative. A data analysis was performed qualitatively, the approach that was
interpreted using the acquired information. Highlighting the importance of women in
cooperative society and their performance today. The female empowerment in focus, for a
performance and professional performance achieved over the years by women.
