This article discusses how entrepreneurship cooperativist is seen in the region TO, referring also to the importance of distribution channels for a company. This time, this study presents the results of a research conducted at Cooperative of Craftsmen biojewels Tocantins - Xambiart, whose main objective was to investigate the viable ways to increase distribution channels for Cooperative XAMBIART, as well as the
barriers in the dissemination process of products. Already the specific objectives were: to carry out theoretical study on the subject in question; apply questionnaire with the target audience to identify the problem situation of this and analyze the data collected, proposing strategies with new distribution channels to market expansion of the Cooperative. As methodological procedures was held at first a literature search and then there was the field research. The study was a qualitative approach, as described the scenario evaluated through participant observation and interview techniques and the application of a questionnaire with the Board of the cooperative. Such procedures made it possible to understand that the main bottlenecks of the Cooperative is the lack of qualified human resources for handlings of the cooperative's website and other digital distribution channels, also the difficulty of maintaining partnership with local government agencies, as well as the lack of training and capacity building for management area, allowing better planning of the activities developed by the cooperative. |
