Through this study, the objective was to analyze, from the perspective of the pandemic, the impact on the learning and development process of children in kindergarten in Tocantinópolis, from the perspective of teachers, and how students and teachers adapted to the changes generated by isolation. Coupled with this objective, we also discuss the context of the pandemic and the relationship with the research theme, about what a pandemic is, its characterization and impacts, making several notes about the World Health Organization WHO and about the trajectory of the Unified Health System. In the third chapter, we present the research carried out with teachers in kindergartens and preschools in Tocantinópolis. We analyzed the impacts on the learning and development process in children in early childhood education in Tocantinópolis and whether learning occurred within the learning rights and fields of experience in early childhood education that DCNEI, BNCC and DCT present. As a method for data collection, we used a questionnaire prepared in Google Form sent to teachers. We opted for qualitative data analysis. The participants' responses provided a rich debate on the subject, the implications of teaching in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic were verified. It evidenced the lack of continued training of teachers with technological resources. Despite trying to reinvent themselves. It made us reflect on how to work with children to interact in the middle of the pandemic through experiences with more intentionality. Finally, it is evident that investing in the continuing education of teachers is essential, especially in mediating practices of technology, so that, in the midst of the crisis, access to education is something concrete. Este trabalho tem como tema a perspectiva docente sobre a aprendizagem e desenvolvimento das crianças da educação infantil em Tocantinópolis no período pandêmico. Por meio desse estudo, objetivou-se analisar a partir da pandemia qual o impacto no processo de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento das crianças da educação infantil em Tocantinópolis, na perspectiva dos professores, e de que forma os alunos e professores se adequaram às mudanças geradas pelo isolamento social. Acoplado a este objetivo, também discorremos sobre a contextualização da pandemia e a relação com o tema da pesquisa, sobre o que é pandemia, sua caracterização e impactos, fazendo vários apontamentos sobre a Organização Mundial de Saúde OMS e sobre a trajetória do Sistema Único de Saúde SUS. No segundo capítulo, abordamos os parâmetros legais para a aprendizagem e desenvolvimento na educação infantil, segundo as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para Educação Infantil (DCNEI), Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) e o Documento Curricular do Tocantins (DCT). Onde, para fundamentar nossa pesquisa, trataremos sobre o que os documentos legais dizem, dando ênfase aos direitos de aprendizagem e campos de experiência na educação infantil. No terceiro capítulo, apresentamos a pesquisa realizada com os professores nas creches e pré-escolas em Tocantinópolis. Analisamos quais os impactos no processo de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento nas crianças da educação infantil em Tocantinópolis e se ocorreu a aprendizagem dentro dos direitos de aprendizagem e campos de experiência na educação infantil que a DCNEI, BNCC e DCT apresentam. Como método para a coleta de dados, utilizou-se de um questionário elaborado no Google Formulário encaminhado aos professores. Optou-se pela análise qualitativa dos dados. As respostas dos participantes proporcionaram um debate rico sobre a temática, verificou-se as implicações do ensino no contexto da pandemia da Covid-19. Evidenciou a falta de formação continuada dos docentes com recursos tecnológicos. Apesar de tentarem se reinventar. Nos fez refletir em como trabalhar com as crianças a interação em meio a pandemia através de experiências com mais intencionalidade.
