The activities developed in the company In Vitro Brazil S / A had as main objective laboratory practices in the in vitro production of bovine embryos. In the laboratory are performed procedures such as: Maturation of bovine oocytes in maturation medium, In vitro fertilization of mature oocytes, Culture of embryos in specific medium, Cleavage, Prediction and Packaging for the transfer of embryos. The activities carried out improved the understanding of In Vitro Production of Embryos (PIVE), contributing to professional training. Todos esses processos são acompanhados desde a Maturação após os oócitos serem aspirados de vacas doadoras nas propriedades rurais de clientes da empresa e trazidos ao laboratório, até o momento de envase dos mesmos para a transferência de embriões em vacas receptoras. As atividades desenvolvidas na empresa In Vitro Brasil S/A tiveram como objetivo principal práticas de laboratório na produção in vitro de embriões bovinos. No laboratório são realizados procedimentos tais como: Maturação de oócitos bovinos em meio de maturação, Fertilização in vitro dos oócitos maturados, Cultivo dos embriões em meio específico, Clivagem, Previsão e Envase para a Transferência dos embriões.
