From the smallest to the biggest cities, homelessness and misery are common. Palmas, no different from the world scene, also has this population that is little seen, however it has increased, especially with the arrival of Venezuelan immigrants who seek Brazil as a refuge for the economic situation that they live in their country of origin. The large urban voids shelter these people overnight and demonstrate that the homeless situation is not automatically linked to the land issue, but rather to the lack of opportunity for social reintegration. In an attempt to overcome the problems presented, this work consists of developing an architectural proposal capable of creating a space at the service of the population, and contributing to the personal, social and economic restructuring of homeless people in Palmas. A transit house, designed with regional techniques, which aims, in addition to sheltering, dignifying and bringing notions of identity and belonging to these people, raising awareness and providing support for the street situation, the demands of hygiene, health, food, education and work. It is necessary to understand and deal with homelessness in Palmas, which, although embryonic in a young city, already presents problems found in secular cities A situação de rua é um fato estrutural e histórico da humanidade, ainda que seja um dos grandes indicadores das desigualdades sociais e econômicas é comumente notada no mundo. Das menores às maiores cidades, o desabrigo e situação de miséria são comuns. Palmas, não diferindo do cenário mundial, também possui essa população que é pouco vista, entretanto tem aumentado, sobretudo com a chegada de imigrantes venezuelanos que buscam o Brasil como refúgio para a situação econômica que vivem em seu país de origem. Os grandes vazios urbanos abrigam essas pessoas no pernoite e demonstram que a situação de rua não está automaticamente ligada à questão fundiária, mas sim à falta de oportunidade para reinserção social. Em tentativa de contornar as problemáticas apresentadas, este trabalho consiste em desenvolver uma proposta de arquitetura capaz de criar um espaço à serviço da população, e contribuir para a reestruturação pessoal, social e econômica das pessoas em situação de rua em Palmas. Uma casa de passagem, projetada com técnicas regionais, que tem como objetivo além de abrigar, dignificar e trazer noções de identidade e pertencimento para essas pessoas, conscientizar e fornecer apoio para a situação de rua, as demandas de higiene, saúde, alimentação, educação e trabalho.
