The Supervisioned Curricular Internship was held at the Department of Animal
Reproduction - VRA, in University of São Paulo - SP. Activities totaled 488 hours,
during the period from August 7 to October 31, 2017, in the area of bovine and
buffalo reproduction, under a supervision of Prof. Dr. Pietro Baruselli and
orientation of Prof. Dr. Márcio Gianordoli Teixeira Gomes. The realized activities
consisted in monitoring research projects from pos-graduate academics. It was
carried out in two properties, Empyreo farm, located in the municipality of
Jacarezinho and ranch Ouro Fino, located in Astorga, both in the northern region
of the State of Paraná; an experimental design in beef cows, performed by
analyzing the response of the application of P4i (Afisterone®) in different dosages
(0 mg, 50 mg and 100 mg) in D14 resynchronization. This report addresses all
activities experienced about cattle reproduction, with a focus on the use of super precocious resynchronization and Color Doppler ultrasonography, the main one
to follow the research project entitled "Applications of Color-Doppler use in
reproductive control of cows: Super-precocious resynchronization".
