This paper aims to describe the activities developed during the insternship. The
mandatory supervised internship was held in FF Consulting Pecuary, in Marabá, state
of Pará, from August 07 to October 13, 2017, the production and reprodutive area of
big animals, totaling 398 hours. During the internship period, activities were carried out
in cattle breeding, shuch as ultrasonographic examinations, protocols of artificial
insemination in fixed time, andrological examinations in bovine males, among other
activities. The trainees were allowed to accompany the veterinaries on visits to the
farms, transrectal touch in bovine females, the use of ultrasound equipament, assist in
the collection of biological material for complementary examinations, administer
medications in the animals served, and it is also possible to assist procedures.
