Resumo:
This research seeks to carry out a reflection on Educational Policies, focusing on the legal systems created to serve students with disabilities and special needs during the Pandemic period, specifically in the State of Tocantins. Its general objective is to investigate Educational Policies and the legal systems created during the Pandemic period, to identify and reflect on the educational actions carried out that attended to children with disabilities and special needs, in the period of remote teaching and to analyze the actions carried out by the departments of education of the state of Tocantins. The methodology used is qualitative with a bibliographical and documental nature, investigations were carried out on the subject, through official websites that make the legislation available, such as the Planalto website and the Ministry of Education website, as well as the reading of several articles and books. Through several investigations collected, a compilation of information was carried out about Educational Policies during the pandemic and post-pandemic linked to the legislation carried out their respective periods. The conclusion has as a reflection on the confrontation and impacts caused during the pandemic and in the area of special education in the State of Tocantins
