Resumo:
The purpose of this search was to describe and analyze teacher and student dialogues, to point out their wishes and to suggest how quality didactics can contribute to improve the teacher-student relationship in the school environment. The present work was carried out through data sources of some researchers on the subject, in addition to a field research promoted in a public school in the city of Porto Nacional in the state of Tocantins. In this reflection, there were elementary school students in a class of the 9th year, who were between twelve and fourteen years old, and two teachers. The research was carried out at various times with the students and teachers within the classroom, where the dialogues, interviews and experiences provided to confront the subject in question. In view of this, it is evident that the didactic follow-up in the classroom is linked, connected, with a conception of the teaching-learning process; in this process, the human relationship is always active, creating new teaching methods and new knowledge. In this sense, the school emerge as an important ally to motivate and awareness both teachers and students to create more favorable conditions in the teacher-student relationship in the classroom.
