The present work was carried out through data sources of some researchers on the subject, in addition to a field research promoted in a public school in the city of Porto Nacional in the state of Tocantins. In this reflection, there were elementary school students in a class of the 9th year, who were between twelve and fourteen years old, and two teachers. The research was carried out at various times with the students and teachers within the classroom, where the dialogues, interviews and experiences provided to confront the subject in question. In view of this, it is evident that the didactic follow-up in the classroom is linked, connected, with a conception of the teaching-learning process; in this process, the human relationship is always active, creating new teaching methods and new knowledge. In this sense, the school emerge as an important ally to motivate and awareness both teachers and students to create more favorable conditions in the teacher-student relationship in the classroom. O intuito deste trabalho foi descrever e analisar os diálogos de seus interlocutores, professor e aluno, apontar seus anseios e sugerir como a Didática de qualidade pode contribuir para melhorar a relação professor-aluno no seio escolar. A presente pesquisa foi realizada através de fontes de dados de alguns pesquisadores sobre o assunto, além de uma pesquisa de campo promovida numa escola da rede pública estadual de ensino no município de Porto Nacional-TO. Na realização dessa reflexão participaram 26 alunos do Ensino fundamental, numa turma do 9° ano, os quais tinham entre doze e quatorze anos, além de dois professores. A pesquisa foi executada em vários momentos com os alunos e professores dentro da sala de aula, onde os diálogos, entrevistas e as experiências proporcionaram confrontar com o tema em questão. Diante disso, infere-se que o seguimento didático em sala de aula está ligado, conectado, dotado de uma concepção do processo de ensino-aprendizagem; nesse processo, o relacionamento humano está sempre em atividade, criando novos métodos de ensino e novos saberes.
