The International System (IS) has recently faced a sudden change in the way
international actors deal with challenges related to global health. The pandemic
caused by the emergence of the Sars-Cov-19 virus shook the structures of the S.I
and changed international relations regarding the tertiary sectors that take place at
the domestic and external levels. The following research aims to analyze the
relationship between global health and the US and Indian private healthcare system,
as well as the conditions that US and Indian citizens find themselves in during this
global health crisis. The questioning of the research consists of the extent to which
the private health system has impaired access to healthcare for Americans and
Indians in the context of the pandemic between 2020 and 2021. To obtain the
expected results, the qualitative research aims to review books by authors
specializing in the subject of scientific articles and analyze the epidemiological
reports made available weekly by International Organizations, such as the United
Nations. The debate on global health in the pandemic context we are experiencing is
extremely relevant for the academic and scientific community, as well as for civil
society that needs to be aware of their basic rights. |
