The pandemic caused by the emergence of the Sars-Cov-19 virus shook the structures of the S.I and changed international relations regarding the tertiary sectors that take place at the domestic and external levels. The following research aims to analyze the relationship between global health and the US and Indian private healthcare system, as well as the conditions that US and Indian citizens find themselves in during this global health crisis. The questioning of the research consists of the extent to which the private health system has impaired access to healthcare for Americans and Indians in the context of the pandemic between 2020 and 2021. To obtain the expected results, the qualitative research aims to review books by authors specializing in the subject of scientific articles and analyze the epidemiological reports made available weekly by International Organizations, such as the United Nations. The debate on global health in the pandemic context we are experiencing is extremely relevant for the academic and scientific community, as well as for civil society that needs to be aware of their basic rights. O Sistema Internacional (SI) enfrentou recentemente uma mudança brusca no modo como os atores internacionais lidam com os desafios relacionados à saúde global. A pandemia ocasionada pelo surgimento do vírus Sars-Cov-19 abalou as estruturas do S.I e modificou as relações internacionais referentes ao setores terciários que acontecem a nível doméstico e externo. A seguinte pesquisa pretende analisar a relação entre a saúde global e o sistema privado de saúde dos Estados Unidos e Índia, bem como as condições que os cidadãos norte-americanos e indianos se encontram durante essa crise sanitária global. A problematização da pesquisa consiste em até que ponto o sistema de saúde privada prejudicou o acesso à saúde de estadunidenses e indianos no contexto da pandemia entre 2020 e 2021. Para obter os resultados esperados, a pesquisa qualitativa visa revisar livros de autores especialistas no tema, de artigos científicos e analisar os relatórios epidemiológicos disponibilizados semanalmente pelos Organismos Internacionais, como é o caso da Organização das Nações Unidas.
