The methodological path we adopted was an exploratory, descriptive and qualitative bibliographic review. To this end, we sought the production of scientific articles, in Portuguese, on the health of lesbian women indexed on digital platforms, in the period between 2006 and 2023, since the production is concentrated in this temporality, considering that 2006 was the year of publication of the Lesbian Women's Health Dossier - Promotion of Equity and Integrality, published by the Feminist Health Network. Our analysis was based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and on authors who approach the subject under study from a feminist perspective. From the development of our research, we found that studies on the subject of lesbian women total a very insignificant number, if compared to studies on male homosexuality, which indicates a double prejudice. In addition to the invisibility in scientific research, we also identified it with regard to public policies and technologies to prevent STIs/AIDS directed at this social segment. We verified that the mental health of lesbian women is negatively affected by the lack of information about sexual and reproductive health and reception and sexual orientation that deviates from the established norm, especially if analyzed from the perspective of social determinants of health. Contrary to what the health policy guidelines predict, health services are the protagonists of episodes of discrimination, invisibilities and institutional violence, despite this phenomenon occurring in the most diverse spaces of interaction in the daily lives of these women: such as at work and other social circles that coexist. The fear of talking about their sexuality within the services and the psychological/emotional violence due to their sexual orientation were also identified as determinants for a lack of access to health services, preventive information, reception and care. Finally, we emphasize that the uniqueness of the lesbian woman needs to be respected and health care must be inclusive, integral and humanized. A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo entender como a saúde mental de mulheres lésbicas é impactada pela falta de informações sobre saúde sexual e reprodutiva e pela qualidade dos serviços de saúde prestados e se o preconceito e a discriminação interferem na qualidade do atendimento de saúde sexual e reprodutiva dessas mulheres. O caminho metodológico que adotamos foi a revisão bibliográfica do tipo exploratória, descritiva e qualitativa. Para tanto, buscamos a produção de artigos científicos, em língua portuguesa, sobre a saúde das mulheres lésbicas indexados nas plataformas digitais, no período compreendido entre 2006 e 2023, uma vez que a produção está concentrada nessa temporalidade, considerando que 2006 foi o ano da publicação do Dossiê Saúde das Mulheres Lésbicas - Promoção da Equidade e da Integralidade, publicado pela Rede Feminista de Saúde. Nossa análise se sustentou nas diretrizes do Ministério da Saúde e em autores que abordam o tema em estudo na perspectiva do feminismo. A partir do desenvolvimento de nossa pesquisa constatamos que os estudos sobre a temática das mulheres lésbicas totalizam um número muito inexpressivo, se comparado aos estudos sobre a homossexualidade masculina, o que indica um duplo preconceito. Além da invisibilidade nas pesquisas científicas, também a identificamos no que se refere às políticas públicas e tecnologias de prevenção às ISTs/AIDS direcionadas a esse segmento social. Verificamos que a saúde mental de mulheres lésbicas é afetada negativamente pela falta de informações sobre saúde sexual e reprodutiva e de acolhimento e orientação sexual divergente da norma estabelecida, especialmente se analisada a partir dos determinantes sociais de saúde. Ao contrário do que preveem as diretrizes da política de saúde, os serviços de saúde protagonizam episódios de discriminação, invisibilidades e violência institucional, apesar desse fenômeno ocorrer nos mais diversos espaços de interação do cotidiano dessas mulheres: como no trabalho e demais círculos sociais que convivem. O receio de falar sobre sua sexualidade dentro dos serviços e a violência psicológica/emocional devido à orientação sexual que apresentam, também foram colocados como determinantes para uma falta de acesso aos serviços de saúde, informações preventivas, acolhimento e cuidado.
