This paper introduces a current debate of Constitutional Menu 6/2019 and its main objective was to discuss the process of social security reform and its new perceptions, in relation to the working classes and their loss of social rights, mainly year that concerns the analysis of the process and approval. of this proposal in the year 2019, because, with this approval process, many changes in relation to benefits and beneficiaries emerged, especially in the rebates of social rights. For this analysis, the methodological procedure involved the bibliographic and documentary research with the themes of the new Social Security Reform that changed the procedures for retirement. It is considered that the Social Security Reforms are gradually reinforced in previous governments and implemented in a period of recession and crisis of Brazilian democracy, leading to the loss of rights won throughout history, articulating with the counter-reform of the state and the precariousness of work. . From the qualitative analysis, it appears that the capitalization scheme proposed by the Social Security Reform promotes a drastic modification, regarding the minimum age, contribution time, retirement of rural workers, Continuous Benefit Benefit (BPC), while providing for longer contribution time for salaried workers.
