For this analysis, the methodological procedure involved the bibliographic and documentary research with the themes of the new Social Security Reform that changed the procedures for retirement. It is considered that the Social Security Reforms are gradually reinforced in previous governments and implemented in a period of recession and crisis of Brazilian democracy, leading to the loss of rights won throughout history, articulating with the counter-reform of the state and the precariousness of work. . From the qualitative analysis, it appears that the capitalization scheme proposed by the Social Security Reform promotes a drastic modification, regarding the minimum age, contribution time, retirement of rural workers, Continuous Benefit Benefit (BPC), while providing for longer contribution time for salaried workers. Este trabalho introduz um debate atual da Ementa Constitucional 6/2019 e teve como objetivo central discutir o processo da reforma previdenciária e as novas perceptivas, em relação às classes trabalhadoras e sua perca de direitos sociais, fundamentalmente ano que concerne a análise da tramitação e aprovação dessa proposta no ano de 2019, pois, com esse processo de aprovação surgiram muitas mudanças em relação as benefícios e beneficiários, principalmente nos rebatimentos dos direitos sociais. Para a realização desta análise, o procedimento metodológico envolveu a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental com as temáticas da nova Reforma da Previdência que modificou os trâmites para a aposentadoria. Considera-se que a Reformas da Previdência é paulatinamente reforçado nos governos anteriores e implementado num período de recessão e crise da democracia brasileira, acarretando a perda de direitos conquistados ao longo da história, articulando-se com a contrarreforma do Estado e a precarização do trabalho. A partir da análise qualitativa, constata-se que o regime de capitalização é um dos aspectos proposto pela Reforma Previdenciária, que embora não tenha sido aprovado, promoveria uma drástica modificação no regime de financiamento individual.
