The state of Tocantins, which belongs to the Northern region of the country, has its sociocultural basis supported by an intense migratory movement, especially the flow coming from the neighboring states. Based on this assumption, it is natural that the locus of our research, Tocantins, presents linguistic variation, i.e., diverse ways of naming items of the speaker's reality. Thus, the present work aims to describe the lexical-diatopic variety from two questions that integrate the semantic field human body, based on data from the Atlas Linguistico Topodinâmico e Topoestático do Estado do Tocantins (ALITTETO) and is justified by the fact that dialectological studies related to this area in the state are still little explored, in addition to contributing to future studies and preservation of the dialects mentioned here. The research was developed using both qualitative methods, with the description of the variants, and quantitative methods, with the statistical analysis of the data obtained. The results point to the presence of non-dictionary variants and intense lexical polymorphism.
