The characterization of these student-mothers who were researched sought to show the intricacies of a reality that unfolds among the process of staying during the period of maternity leave and along the academic formation of university courses. The data collected and exposed in this research made it possible to draw a profile of the students who went through the pregnancy process during the research period, with an online questionnaire being carried out to collect information from university mothers in the years of 2015 to 2020. In 2020, due to the pandemic caused by the Coronavirus, we obtained the result of a greater number who used maternity leave, and we obtained answers about the academic path of these university mothers and what were, and if there was, the actions and projects focused on helping them stay at the university and complete their higher education course A presente pesquisa analisou as dificuldades das mulheres mães discentes da Universidade Federal do Tocantins (UFT), campus de Porto Nacional/TO, visando colaborar com os debates sobre esse tema, com o diagnóstico das dificuldades enfrentadas no meio acadêmico. A caracterização dessas estudantes-mães pesquisadas procurou mostrar meandros de uma realidade que se desdobra no processo de permanência durante o período de licença maternidade e no decorrer da formação dos cursos universitários. Os dados coletados e expostos nesta pesquisa permitiram traçar um perfil das estudantes que passaram pelo processo de gravidez durante o período da pesquisa, tendo sido realizado um questionário online para coleta de informações de mães universitárias nos anos de 2015 à 2020. No ano de 2020, em razão da pandemia provocada pelo Coronavírus, obtivemos o resultado de maior número que utilizou a licença maternidade, e obteve-se as respostas sobre o percurso acadêmico dessas mães universitárias e quais foram, e se tiveram, ações e projetos voltados a auxiliá-las a permanecer na universidade e concluir o curso de formação superior. 2024-11-28T20:56:06Z 2024-11-28T20:56:06Z 2024-11-28 Monografia SILVA, Andrea de Jesus Brito da.
