Presents partial results of the study conducted in the eight libraries Sector (BS) of the Library System of the Universidade Federal do Amazonas in order to set minimum standards of human resources (HR) for these units of information in order to ensure the quality of the services performed by each unit. The research is characterized as exploratory for proposing minimum standards of HR and services for the BS at UFAM is also documentary and descriptive by search reporting internal and documents of the SISTEBIB too by contextualizing the SISTEBIB / UFAM. The literature review had as a theoretical basis several authors, highlighting Sampaio et al. (2000) and Carvalho (1995), to understand the state of the art to the object of study. |
