The present work seeks a study about the factors that took the woman's insert in the
teaching and the process of feminization of the teaching in the urban context of the municipal
district of Laranjal do Jari. The study uses the qualitative research tends the interview with
route semi-driven as instrument, approaching subjects as: women's insert in the fundamental
teaching from 5th to 8th series, teaching as feminine profession, formation areas and
contribution of the educational work with the other areas of the which participate in different
moments of the history. It will be pointed out the important points for the understanding of
the woman's paper in the teaching in the capitalist society, the aspects that influenced e/on
highlighting influences the feminine participation in the teaching and the meaning of your
participation, through a sociological approach, seeking explicit the reasons that took the insert
and the women's predominance in the teaching in Laranjal Jari. The sociological research
evidences that historically the teaching is configured as a feminine profession and through
conquests and challenges, the woman conquered your space in the public service, pointing out
that most of the interviewees entered in the teaching for lack of option of formation area and,
above all for being an area with a great employment demand, therefore, was not for vocation. |
