The complexity of the political phenomenon is evident in the set of facts of different orders in the social, ethical and moral dimensions, but at the same time they constantly cross. This explains why, as far as its analysis is concerned, the political phenomenon is the object of study of different disciplines: Political Sciences (political facts), Sociology (social facts), Political Philosophy (moral facts). This also shows that there is no reserved, exclusive domain for the analysis of the political phenomenon, as some might claim. What is certain is that given the crossing of these dimensions, an interdisciplinarity is required. And the speech, where is it located? It goes through all these dimensions of political phenomena. This seems evident to the moral and ethical dimensions, but also to the social and ational dimensions. We will try to show in this work, how social behavior is impacted from facts and political discourses that join to the action in the political discourse, and what the discursive strategies that develop in this field. Contrary to the ideas that may circulate in the social imaginary and opposing the reality constructed by the political actors through their discourse, we will start from a set of news published by the amapaense media in the year 2000, seeking to uncover the action of the political subject in the exercise of power and the unfolding of this action through social learning.
