Resumo:
In recent years, the proposal to include people with disabilities through education has registered growth through the implementation of public educational policies that enable them to develop their potential in order to integrate into society, since their rights Denied, segregated and excluded. This proposal is registered in several Laws, Decrees, International Conventions, which Brazil is part of, and in the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988, but for this right to be really put into practice, schools must be accessible to all people, With or without disability. Based on the analysis of NBR 9050/2015, which provides guidelines and technical guidelines regarding accessibility, it is noted that in many educational establishments there is no proper application of the standard, thus building architectural barriers that restricts the access of students with disabilities. The development of his research was based on the deductive method, since it started from a general approach towards a more specific theme, that is, accessibility was studied as a way of inserting people with disabilities in society, focusing on accessibility in Educational establishments. The checklist and photographic record of the high schools located in the urban area of Macapá were used, with the intention of surveying the real conditions of physical accessibility in them. Based on the obtained data, a panorama of these was elaborated, where it was noticed that they are very far from being accessible and that the diverse adjustments made with this intention are in disagreement with the orientations of the norm of accessibility. After this analysis and the recommendations of NBR 9050/2015, an architectural project of a school that is accessible to all was developed, thus guaranteeing the right to education of people with disabilities.
