Health management is directly linked to the surveys of the real needs of each territory, since knowing the needs of the community can make effective decisions and measures. And as a fundamental part of this process is the realization of a planning based on the individual and collective perception of different actors who are linked to the problems, who interact in the formulation of the action plan and who have governance over the problems. In this context, we sought to carry out a Strategic Situational Planning (PES) with reference to Carlos Matus economist. This work intends to report the experiences from the participation in the process of construction of the PES with a focus on normative moment, in the community of Irurama, Pará. This is an experience report of a critical-reflective approach of descriptive character about the academic experiences in the (IBR) of the Interdisciplinary Bachelor of Health (BIS) course, of the Universidade Federal do Oeste do Pará (Ufopa), being carried out in the rural community, Irurama, which is located at Everaldo Martins Highway (PA 457), in the Alter do Chão/Santarém stretch in the Eixo Forte Região. The articulation between the leaderships and the main related actors was an important point for the execution of the work, considering the necessity of participation the governmental or private organs, associations, religious institutions and community groups, as well as all the institutions directly involved with the problematic, which are fundamental to its realization. As a result, questions were raised regarding the aspects that were perceived as problems for the community, and with a process of understanding the problems, one can identify the vulnerability in which the community was involved. In general, participation in the process of construction of the operational plan allowed interaction with community families, community leaders, teachers, managers, health professionals, public agents, who are actors that have governance over the territory at different levels, with different and divergent interests in the "social game" and, in this way, create an intense environment that instigated us to the improvement of the knowledge and skills acquired in a continuous process of learning. A saúde é entendida como um processo que sofre influências de diversos determinantes sejam estes ecológicos ou sociais-culturais. A gestão em saúde está diretamente ligada aos levantamentos das reais necessidades de cada território, uma vez que se conhecendo as necessidades da comunidade pode-se tomar decisões e medidas eficazes. E como parte fundamental deste processo encontra-se a realização de um planejamento pautado na percepção individual e coletiva de diferentes atores que estejam ligados as problemáticas, que interajam na formulação do plano de ação e que tenham governança sobre os problemas. Nesse contexto, buscou-se realizar um Planejamento Estratégico Situacional (PES) tendo como referencial economista Carlos Matus. Este trabalho se propõe relatar as experiências oriundas da participação no processo de construção do PES com enfoque no momento normativo, na comunidade de Irurama, Pará. Trata-se de um relato de experiência de abordagem crítico-reflexivo de cunho descritivo sobre as vivências acadêmicas na realização de uma plano operativo dentro da disciplina de Interação na Base Real (IBR) do curso de Bacharelado Interdisciplinar em Saúde (BIS), da Universidade Federal do Oeste do Pará (Ufopa), sendo realizado na comunidade rural, Irurama, que fica localizada às margens da Rodovia Everaldo Martins (PA 457), no trecho Alter do Chão/Santarém na Região Eixo Forte. A articulação entre as lideranças e os principais atores relacionados foi um ponto importante para a execução do trabalho, visto a necessidade de participação os órgãos governamentais ou privados, associações, instituições religiosas e grupos da comunidade, assim como todas as instituições envolvidas diretamente com a problemática, que são fundamentais para a sua efetivação. Com isso, foram sendo levantadas questões envolvendo os aspectos que para a comunidade era visto como problemas, e que com um processo de compreensão dos problemas, pode-se identificar a vulnerabilidade em que os comunitários estavam envoltos. De um modo geral, a participação no processo de construção do plano operativo, possibilitou a interação com famílias da comunidade, lideranças comunitárias, professores, gestores, profissionais da saúde, agentes públicos, estes sendo atores que possuem governabilidade sobre o território em níveis diferenciados, com interesses diferentes e divergentes no "jogo social" e, deste modo, criam um ambiente intenso que nos instigou ao aprimoramento dos conhecimentos e habilidades adquiridas num processo contínuo de aprendizado. 2024-09-27T21:05:09Z 2024-09-27T21:05:09Z 2019 TCC VAZ, Silvia Leticia Gato Costa.
