As for the methodology, it felt as a case study only with a descriptive approach being used the quantitative and qualitative methods, where the use of two methods is complemented. About the quantitative study, it was used elements of the statistics, as graphs and percentages, while the qualitative method, it was tried to focus the most detailed information of the study object, as the use of subjective questions in the field research. As result, the great development was verified and also a successful progress of many of those that already concluded the course, where it was verified during the research the situation that they are now and observing in many of them that the graduation in the course was a factor in fact relevant and of changes in their lives. As for the problem of the research, it can be concluded that the exits researched students have an appropriate profile in what concerns to the bussiness, because they are in constant development and qualification, seeking to reach the professional accomplishment and the financial stability without they accommodate, therefore those which are already working as secretaries, continue in the search of better training and professional growth O objetivo deste trabalho foi identificar o perfil dos alunos egressos do Curso de Secretariado Executivo, sobre como o curso está propiciando em termos de aprendizado a capacidade de eles se potencializarem de forma satisfatória em suas atribuições, e assim identificar qual o atual perfil do egresso do curso de Secretariado Executivo da Universidade Federal do Amapá (UNIFAP). Quanto à metodologia, deu-se como estudo de caso único com uma abordagem descritiva, utilizando-se os métodos quantitativo e qualitativo, onde o uso dos dois métodos se complementam. Do estudo quantitativo, utilizou-se elementos da estatística, como gráficos e porcentagens, enquanto que do método qualitativo, procurou-se dar enfoque às informações mais detalhadas do objeto de estudo, como a utilização de questões subjetivas na pesquisa de campo. Como resultado, constatou-se o grande desenvolvimento e bem sucedido progresso de muitos daqueles que já concluíram o curso, onde verificou-se durante a pesquisa a situação que eles estão atualmente e observando em muitos que a graduação no curso foi um fator relevante e de mudanças em suas vidas.
