Resumo:
This present research, that was applied in the Federal University of Amapá (UNIFAP), had as objective verify the student treatment in the Coordination Office of Executive Secretariat Course, located on Marco Zero campus, in the Macapá City. This analysis consisted in know how the attendance is rated by the student public from course, so making it possible identify possible problems or mistakes made, as well as good points. Accordingly, it was sought to know what are the factors that provide the quality of treatment to the students by the provided service by coordination office, and for this it was developed a quantitative and qualitative research through a single case study for descriptive purposes. Altogether 40 students of the course were interviewed. As a result it can be said that: qualified and in agreement with demand employees; appropriate and comfortable physical space; good organization; agility and flexible schedule that benefits all users, are the main factors that provide quality in treatment to students in the Coordination Office of Executive Secretariat Course. Besides, it was observed that the physical and professional qualification issues were the most mentioned by students – These are the ones that more need of improvements in opinion of interviewees. Throughout the work, it was possible to observe and understand how great is the degree of importance of attendance – especially well one, in a public institution. And like most users of public services, within an educational institution like UNIFAP is not different. It is also required for them quality service
