The Professional Executive Secretariat has at its core the need to be an entrepreneur. Therefore, educational institutions need to be aware this immunity required by the current market. The work presented here is justified given the fact that entrepreneurship is a completely viable for professional practice of the Secretary Executive politics. Thus, the aim of addressing the term entrepreneurship, about the prospect of entering the labor market for those who, for example, still do not have a career in public service or private enterprise, and also highlight its importance to the professional Executive Secretariat since this is essentially allow such feature. Initially it was proposed a bibliographic survey on entrepreneurship with a view to entering the labor market as extremely important factor in the performance of the Executive Secretariat professional. As a second step, we sought a characterization of the profile of students in the training UNIFAP as the precepts of entrepreneurship, aiming to establish certain aspects such as familiarity of the term entrepreneurship, perception of mutual relationship between entrepreneurship and the secretariat on the stage had the opportunity to apply these characteristics. These questions were organized into a questionnaire with six questions applied to a class nearing completion of the course, and another questionnaire containing four questions applied to an entrant class in course. The work showed itself as a good theoretical framework to support entrepreneurship practices in professional education in the Executive Secretariat. In this sense, we found that the literature already includes studies that seek to enhance these practices as well, this monograph corroborated such discussions. The diagnosis on the profile of students entering the course revealed that they regard this as an issue of paramount importance in the acquisition of skills that will be necessary in the pursuit of space to them in the labor market. On academic, nearing completion of the course, it was found that 50% of the group studied entrepreneurship has a chance to enter the labor market with emphasis and that more than 90% recognize the importance of the knowledge acquired him for the performance of professional Executive Secretariat, however, only a part of these students (about 38%) feel prepared to use these ideas in your career
