Facial recognition it’s a primitive task of the human being, which allows the detection
of behaviors and affectivity. This task is considered complex for the human being when
it is carried out from a large set of distant memories. It is in this context that electronic
facial recognition systems are proposed. This work aims to develop an approach based
on neural networks for facial recognition, that will be applied for authorization control
and authentication at the facilities of the Amapá Regional Electoral Court. |
